The location is not an actual U-Haul facility but instead a self storage. The only reason I rated this as high as I did, was because of the very nice employee who saw me having issues trying to pick up on camera, and came in early to help us. Extremely difficult to pick up via video pick up. Were there almost 2 hrs trying to pick up before the employee came to help us

Reservation was for a different town and they ended up not having any trucks so had to change plans! May never rent again!

GERALD SVery easy in and out. Young lady was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about equipment. This location was with in minutes of my apartment. I highly recommend using this U Haul location.
LANA BThe truck was clean, except the windshield was covered with dead bugs, making it hard to see. As I topped off the gas at the end of my rental, I realized that the gas station did not have a squeegee long enough to reach the windshield. It would be recommended that the rental location be able to take care of this. Also, the previous renter's paperwork was still in the truck, making me wonder if anyone checked it for cleanliness.
