The location is not an actual U-Haul facility but instead a self storage. The only reason I rated this as high as I did, was because of the very nice employee who saw me having issues trying to pick up on camera, and came in early to help us. Extremely difficult to pick up via video pick up. Were there almost 2 hrs trying to pick up before the employee came to help us
REBEKKA RReservation was for a different town and they ended up not having any trucks so had to change plans! May never rent again!
