Edge was helpful and accommodating. Be advised that the whole transaction is done remotely. Keys are retrieved and returned via lockboxes; communications are phone/text and/or email. The correct vehicle was in place on time for pickup.

It wasn't clear to me that the location wasn't manned and that the transaction would all be over the phone. Fortunately, there was another customer picking up another rental and he guided me through the process. Perhaps, if some instructions were posted on the side of the building, it might alleviate some confusion.
