HARRY SHave better accessible internet to be able to complete check in or out. I had to call U-Haul customer service to check in cause the the website showed I didn’t complete the check out, but on my phone it stated complete
Ronald BIt was not acceptable that you say you have trucks at a location then when you call me to confirm you send me an hour away because that location doesn’t have trucks. That cost me $150 because I was late getting home and I had set the movers to be there but the hour to pick up and and hour back instead of 20 minutes. Then that screwed up my schedule so the truck was late and you charged me an extra day fee. I will go get a truck somewhere else if I ever move again
