Vehicle was dirty. My wife and I had to wipe it clean. No fuel. It said 0 miles to empty. Soon as I tried to move the truck it died. No horn. The windshield wiper fluid was not working. They did not have my dolly or furniture pads. I had to pick them up elsewhere.

FELIXA MI got charged wrongfully today for filling up the car rental with gas. First i filled up myself with 5 gallons and i spent like 3 gallons on my short trip. After i dropped it off through u haul app, the app changed me again an additional $28 gas refill through my credit card. Not far. I ended up spending 2-3 gallons today and paid for 5 gallons at the drop off process. Not happy with it and not fair at all. I have photo picture proofs how much gas the car had before i started it driving in the morning when i picked it up.
