PETRIT GI was doubled billed and never refunded. I called more than once and sent a text message as advised..I was charged for the entire estimated rental upon lease and then I was charged the actual lower amount after I turned it in but I was NEVER reimbursed. I think this is awful and ilsuch a thing has never happened to me before at a uhaul. I have rented uhaul across the US. I would like the money returned.
