Adam HThe person that helped us was not the U-Haul employee. He was part of the motorcycle shop that shares space. He was very helpful, but shouldn’t have been the person helping us.
Kara AThe u-haul vehicle given to me was very bad, break was not properly applying, too much of vibration and wobbling in the truck. It was very bad to drive and very scary to drive due to bad breaks. Overall I rate 0 for the vehicle and vehicle condition
