I originally reserved at another location. I received a call from a u-haul agent asking to move my reservation to another location that was farther away by a few miles. Despite receiving a reduced mile rate, I regret my decision. It was a tire shop and despite reserving 12 moving pad, they only had 6. It was not a pleasant experience.
