The place in Yorkton was very good to deal with and friendly. However I’m not very happy with U haul in general. We were originally scheduled to pick up a trailer in Balcarres but they didn’t have what we needed. We forced to the pick it up in Yorkton, which was out of our by 40 kms. U haul would not let us pick up a trailer in Regina and drop it in balcarres for the same rate. I don’t believe this is right considering they didn’t have the equipment we needed there. It ended up have us drive an extra 2 hours for the trailer. I’m not sure that I’d use u haul again.

NEIL SThe location provided through the UHaul app for this location was incorrect. It took me a while to figure out the correct location. The staff was getting trained and that led to further delay. Its not necessarily a bad thing but I was on a tight schedule and these delay in the beginning made my move more difficult.
