We would have preferred more than 1 option to pay for our order. We were told credit card only. Then later changed to cash. The truck was not swept out when we took it. Otherwise a good experience.

Drop off is always the easiest it went without a hitch lol. We were finished in that afternoon. Brought it in that day and everything was just perfect lol
DEIRDRE MThe place in Yorkton was very good to deal with and friendly. However I’m not very happy with U haul in general. We were originally scheduled to pick up a trailer in Balcarres but they didn’t have what we needed. We forced to the pick it up in Yorkton, which was out of our by 40 kms. U haul would not let us pick up a trailer in Regina and drop it in balcarres for the same rate. I don’t believe this is right considering they didn’t have the equipment we needed there. It ended up have us drive an extra 2 hours for the trailer. I’m not sure that I’d use u haul again.
