One employee, store full of people, not her fault but she never closed out the bill and I had to make three calls th get that done. I was charged for an extra day and had to make another call to get that resolved. Not a good experience!

Nothing...staff at the location were pleasant and knowledgeable regarding the rental process. Walked me thru the app and then checked to make sure everything was set-up correctly. The pick-up and return were very easy.
John NTruck had almost no gas in the tank. Lock was broken so unable to secure belongings in the back of the truck. Equipment was not what I ordered but still overcharged. Do not use this facility
