The vehicle was extremely dirty when I had arrived with trash being left in the center console and covered in some kind of sticky liquid along with a bottle of somebody’s dip and spit behind the driver seat the vehicle was also in very poor condition with the tail light being smashed out and the gauge cluster plastic being broken and having a chunk missing out also the wiper blades were so worn out, and it was actively snowing that you couldn’t clean anything off of the windshield along with the fact that it had no washer fluid

Absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone. Recipient location was serviced by an employee that had no concept of what to do when receiving a truck. Their attempts to contact someone for help were unsuccessful, which was only more frustrating. That experience was almost worse than driving the truck with all the brake problems. I was disappointed with U-Haul for this one. I had come to expect more.
DANIEL DThe process was easy and fast. I have no complaints about the truck or the process. Casey was extremely helpful and I would rent from this location again if I needed a rentaI. I did not intend to have insurance on my contract. I thought I selected NO. That is a refund I will be looking for. Also, I overfilled the fuel in the truck and an looking to split the total fuel purchase of $16.61 in half. All in all I will be looking for a credit on my card ending in 8285 in the near future, per Casey.
