The process was easy and fast. I have no complaints about the truck or the process. Casey was extremely helpful and I would rent from this location again if I needed a rentaI. I did not intend to have insurance on my contract. I thought I selected NO. That is a refund I will be looking for. Also, I overfilled the fuel in the truck and an looking to split the total fuel purchase of $16.61 in half. All in all I will be looking for a credit on my card ending in 8285 in the near future, per Casey.
