The store manager that checked my rental back in LIED about the fuel amount so that he could fraudulently charge me $109 in fuel fees. I had to call uhaul to correct this this is a shady location that will try and steal your money avoid!

The employee was new. It took an hour to get me checked in. Then the truck was below empty tank. I didn’t know if I’d make it to the gas station. Now I’ve been charged a fuel charge even though I brought the vehicle back with fuel. I contacted the U-Haul dealership when I picked the truck up to let them know about the situation. I sent a photo of the fuel gauge and receipt for putting 40+ gallons of gas in the vehicle.
