Equipment was kind of cleaned, not too dirty with a very sticky pull handle for the trailer door. Location seemed okay at first, but then didn’t list my return as returned in the uhaul system after I returned it leading to uhaul contacting me about my return being overdue when it was not.

Jim OLocation was further than the original reservation. It didn’t make sense that the U-Haul place close to my home was minutes away with the same equipment and on site! I reserved a month prior to departure. Why schedule ahead if you’re not going to be truthful about pick up location as promised.
