The lady there never put my rental as returned. I got emails and phone calls a few days later saying that my equipment was late when I returned the equipment back on time. I had to call uhaul because of it and when they called that location they said the equipment was not on their lot. I called uhaul back again and finally got a receipt saying the equipment was returned. so not only did she not put my rental as returned they didn't even bother to look to see if the equipment was on their lot. Just a really frustrating experience. I handed her the keys and parked it in the front parking lot. How do you not remember equipment being returned?
