The truck was in great shape and the people were very nice. If I need to rent a truck again I'll got back to the same place.

DAVID KWe tried to get pictures and so we wouldn't get charged the extra $20.00 but apparently they took down the wrong phone # because we called to get our account # because we couldn't access our mail. and they didn't have our name or our #. So we had to just put the keys in the box and eat another $20.00. not great.
