I turned the key in at a BBQ stand, I wouldn't say they were helpful, but did take the key and the vehicle got checked in the following morning. I was concerned enough about the dropoff location that I called UHaul to make sure the truck got checked in. Of course it hadn't at that time, but later in the day it did and I wasn't billed any extra. The location was strange. there was a building, a storage building, and a BBQ stand. Had no idea where to go but there was a key drop box at the storage building. I was uncomfortable doing that, so gave the key to a woman at the BBQ stand. Nothing against the BBQ lady, but I wouldn't use this location again.

ROCKY LWe were expecting a nice barbecue eatery, instead found a strange shed and outhouse, that allowed drop-offs. Maybe for some folks it would be fine, for us, it was very uncomfortable and unclean. The person I met said to park the truck and pretty much walked away after saying about a window that I didn't understand. Found the lock box and left the key in it and got out of there looking for somewhere to go to the bathroom.
