I didn't visit this location directly, but had a mover hired through U-Haul's moving help service pick up my U-Boxes from here. There were a lot of issues. First, there were 4 U-boxes, and the plan was for all 4 to be brought to me and dropped off at my new house for unloading, using 2 trailers with 2 u-boxes on each. On the day of delivery, my mover was informed there was only 1 trailer, so he couldn't drop off all 4 boxes. We had to call all of our family to come help us unload the first two boxes within an hour so that the mover could go back with the trailer to swap out the empty boxes for our full ones. One of our U-boxes on the first delivery was put on the trailer backwards, so we did not have a ramp while unloading it. Finally, (though this might not be the fault of the pickup location) the moving company that had been booked through U-Haul was only booked through U-Haul for 2 pods instead of 4, and for something like 13 miles when in fact it was 14 miles EACH WAY, meaning 14 * 2 for round trip * 2 since I needed two trailers for all the pods = 56 miles. I ended up having to pay the moving company directly for the difference, costing me an extra few hundred that I was NOT expecting or prepared for when I booked my move on U-Haul. This was not the level of service I expect when interacting with any company, and I'm very disappointed in U-Haul and their lack of coordination with the moving company that they suggested and booked for me.

Perfect size, had a couple weeks to load, easy to move around, and did not have to drive a truck 8 hours after packing in a hurry. All for about the same cost as a small truck.
