The only reason we had to go to the Rolla location was because Minot was suppose to have the truck and car port available in Minot. They sent me an email one day prior to my move stating they didn't have my truck or car transport available. I reserved both 2 weeks prior to my move. This is unsatisfactory in my book. It's not like we were moving around the block, we were moving 1000 miles away. I had to scramble to get another truck and then my husband ended up having to go to rolla to get the car transport anyway. That was 4 hours added to our move. We will never use uhaul again. Penske was there for us every step of the way. They have friendly staff and are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied! Even when we mentioned that the trucks service light came on, they gave us a $75 refund on our credit card.
He could not get computer to enable paying cash for extras. Had to use my card. That irritated me.
Minot, nd made me go to Rolla after I flew up there. Stayed in touch with them for a week prior to that about my auto transport and 2 days before I got there it had a flat tire supposedly. The day I went there they had s car carrier hooked on someone's truck and said it wasn't mine. Terrible service from that division on Broadway
I was supposed to pick up this truck in Minot, ND.they made me drive 2hrs away to get this truck, Would not recommend uhaul to anyone! Very disatisfied with the service!
