    Do NOT book the minimum time! I scheduled three hours of service but ended up paying for five, and I truly believe the crew slowed down to stretch the clock. Everything was smooth for the first two hours, but then the pace drastically dropped—a very disappointing tactic when moving is already so expensive. To add insult to injury, they damaged my television. I've submitted all the claim documents, but they have gone completely silent and refuse to resolve the issue. Unacceptable service from start to finish.
