One of the movers was a bit late and that set us back so we ended up needing extra time, JP was very understanding and gave us a discount on the extra time since it was partly due to the mover being late. Movers were friendly and got our stuff downstairs quickly, but took quite a long time to get it pack in the van, and a few things were damaged. When the second mover showed up he asked if the first had taken pictures of our items, I presume to protect us against any damages, the first one lied and said he’d taken the pictures but he most certainly did not. Frustrating because of the minor damage we’ve been noticing here and there over the past few days. Ultimately a mixed experience - we would have struggled to move everything ourselves so the movers were a big help, and JP was great especially regarding the cost for the extra hour and a half, but the handling of the moving itself was lackluster.
