My appointment was scheduled for 330. The team that was assigned to me thought they were moving me in the morning so I had to tell them the correct time. When I confirmed our start time later in the day the team informed me that they took another job and wouldn’t be there until 430. Ok, I can be flexible even though I have a 26’ U-Haul that I just drove from 3 hours away. At 430 he advised that they just finished the other job and were still an hour away and asked if I still wanted them to come. YES I still want you to come! I had a two location appointment (home and storage unit). The items weren’t secured properly on the trip to the storage unit and irreplaceable family heirlooms were broken. I was devastated. He was nice but it made for an already stressful day much harder. I hire movers to make it less stressful and that wasn’t the case here.
