The Health of our Customers and our Moving Helpers is of the utmost Importance.

• Our Moving Help Service Providers are following CDC and state guidelines on how to properly plan, prepare and respond to COVID-19
• This includes social distancing, wearing facial coverings and practicing healthy hygiene, including hand washing and using hand sanitizer. We encourage you to wear a mask and social distance as well for your Moving Helpers safety
• Moving Helpers are performing self-health checks
• Moving Helpers will not start any jobs if they are exhibiting flu like symptoms
• Your Moving Help transaction includes contactless payment with our patented Payment Code. Simply provide the 6-digit code when the Job is ​satisfactorily completed
• If your Moving Help needs ​change or ​you are delayed, we never charge a fee to reschedule. You can do so directly with your selected Moving Help Service Provider​, as well as through your Customer Account

If your Moving Help order needs change or is delayed, we never charge a fee to reschedule. You can do so directly with your selected Moving Help Service Provider as well as through your customer account. Rescheduling will ensure your service rates will not change and your move can be handled by the team you have already selected.
