Customer was unhappy that items they packed were broken by them. And tried to blame my movers. 2nd they showed up over an hour late and had my workers waiting and refused to pay for the extra time. We were deceived by this customer as to how many stairs were on the property which adds to moving cost. I've had nothing but great reviews and please don't let one bad apple ruin my reputation. I know how hard moving is and we try to provide the best help we can to each and every family.
