Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I had trouble getting the uhaul loaded on time they were able to come later then scheduled to unload for me. Rhey were so nice and worked so hard. They managed to unload in 3 hours what took myself and my 2 teenage daughters much longer to load!
Stole from me, broke multiple things and showed up 2 plus hours late. This interaction started with them being over 2 hours late making me have to pay to extend my uhaul. Then they kept dropping stuff, and I have found multiple broken items while unpacking. I let that go but then I find out they went through my wallet and stole 2 of my cards and tried to use one. Too much that’s just disrespectful. The person I had been communicating with claims those people weren't even part of the company, but earlier had vouched that they were great and fast earlier in the text conversation. Then when I brought the cards to their attention they said the movers were just people recommended to them and not part of the company. They take no responsibility & tried to guilt me about leaving a review of my experience. Whats the point of going through a company if they don’t take responsibility for who they hire. Highly disappointed.
Both gentlemen were amazing and professional. They finished the move ahead of time and listened to directions with ease.
