The Sunday prior to my move, I booked two movers for three hours at 1 pm. Two days prior to my move, I thought 2 pm would probably be better, so I called and left a voicemail inquiring if that would work. I received no response. The day before the move, I texted the number, inquiring again. Luxury Loaders responded they had someone else book for the exact same time and services prior to me, so they wouldn’t be able to move me until after that job. It was frustrating to find out 24 hours prior to the move, but in the end, the extra time to pack was helpful. They followed instructions well and with the help of my friend got everything loaded and unloaded. However, after they left, we realized that the bag of screws taped to my bed frame had been ripped open by Luxury Loaders and we were missing 18 screws. It was too late to buy screws somewhere and so my mattress is on the floor. My friend had to get home and I can’t lift the mattress myself, so I'm on the floor until I can get help.
