The movers were not as professional as I'd hoped. They were on their phones a lot and made me panic that they might cancel last minute or arrive late due to scheduling 2 clients back to back. They ended up being on time, but I didn't need extra anxiety during an already stressful time. Additionally, I watched from my balcony as my suitcase handle broke off while the movers were getting it to the truck. It was old, so I'm not upset that it broke. I'm upset that they didn't tell me. There were also scratches and dents on multiple pieces of furniture after being handled by the movers. Far from 'perfectionist.'

Really great experience! Jason and Jasmine went above and beyond, especially with the near impossible job of getting large furniture up 3 flights of stairs. Highly recommend!!
