  • I order 3 hours for 2 people but only one person came before the time and start the work by himself. The 2nd worker came like 20 mins later and after working 1 hour, he said he is done for the day and need to leave. The 1st worker said he can still help so we continue moving other stuffs for another 1 hour. After 2 hours since we already finished the moving (and only 1 worker help for 2 hours), I called the company and only asked if I can get a refund for the unused 1 hour because I don't need it but they said no. I understand they don't want to refund the remaining hour, however with the whole experience on the 2nd worker only help for 1 hour, this is a really bad service. I really appreciate the 1st worker to help all the time and asked the owner to paid him more, but I don't know if they did. In the future I'll probably only order 2 hours first and add additional hours later if needed.

  • I received moving help from Grade A Moving Company Friday August 15th 2025. The help was excellent and satisfactory. The movers were polite and had great customer service skills. If I need to use this service again I would definitely do it.
