The movers were very professional and did a great job. This is the second time I have used Pro-Packers. If or when I move again, I will definitely call and get them to assist with the move. This company is an absolute disgrace. They showed up late and so high I’m shocked they even found the door. Red eyes, zero urgency, smelling like a dispensary parking lot. Within minutes, they managed to break my server tower bent the top, door won’t close and then had the audacity to accuse me of lying. Claimed they had photos to prove it. Never showed a single one. Because they’re full of it. They refused to move several things just flat-out said no or acted like they forgot. Not just lazy, but smug about it. No respect, no effort, no clue. It felt less like movers showing up and more like two guys doing a prank at my expense. If you’re thinking of hiring them, don’t. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. These guys shouldn’t be trusted to carry a sandwich, let alone your valuables. I wouldn’t let them move a cardboard box again if it was on fire.
