• You get what you pay for. Absolutely no care for your belongings. Threw stuff around. I’m thankful I have paint to touch up my furniture because it all needs it. No concern for boxes labeled fragile. Boxes were smashed without care. Furniture wasn’t handled properly. Showed up late to the job. Communication is very poor. I had to personally reach out to schedule and confirm the service. They arrived and said they were double booked and asked if they could come later. Brought a child with them and had the child carrying items. One of the 3 men was the only one considerate of our things. Crew leader was smoking around our belongings in the uhaul and stacked dolly aggressively with zero care. Left dents and scuffs all over our brand new property with carelessly handling furniture. They were hired for 3 hours and worked for 1.5. I would rather move stuff myself. Honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

• The team was efficient in making the move quick and helping load and unload, but I would have appreciated much more care and consideration of my belongings as many of them were scratched and bent or became loosened in the move. They were also late and therefore received one hour of work free, which they said could not be reimbursed. I'm grateful for their help but would not book again.
