• The movers arrived an hour late with only half the team present. The other half arrived another 45 minutes later. The team appeared to be young men in their late teens or early 20s, and while their ages are not a problem, they clearly had minimal moving experience, and there was no clear boss or leader representing the company. They didn’t bring any professional moving equipment. They loaded the truck horribly, resulting in our TV being shattered and other furniture being damaged during the move.

Unfortunately these services were not ordered by you, in this specific case. Without having your items properly packed, we cannot ensure the protection of your items during a move. You ordered 2 movers, and due to the scope of the job we provided 2 additional movers to you free of charge to prevent you from going over time.
