I hired this team for a full U-Box delivery and unloading service. When the crew encountered an issue because a trailer capable of hauling two U-Boxes simultaneously was unavailable, they called and instructed me to contact U-Haul to request extra mileage for a second trip. As a customer, I should not have been responsible for managing the logistics or coordinating communication between the movers and U-Haul. Managing these logistics added unnecessary stress to my move. Furthermore, the moving crew damaged the sliding drawers of my brand-new chest right in front of me, yet they argued they were not responsible. A significant confrontation took place because the mover refused to admit fault. Despite two eyewitnesses being present in the room, he repeatedly made excuses and fabricated reasons as to why the drawers were not sliding properly. Finally, the team lacked basic professionalism while moving items into my space, leaving scratches and handprints on the apartment walls.
