• Crew arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. Both team members worked diligently throughout the two hour appointment. The were very careful in moving the furniture. Great job! Would have them back again!

• I paid for 2 hours, they only moved for 1 hour. I was very specific about a box that I was worried about, and even helped one of the movers position it just in case. When we were unloading instead of waiting for assistance he attempted to move the box himself and broke a vase, my crockpot, and a griddle. I was told that all of my items would be replaced, when following up on this, the lady said it was my fault since the box wasn't taped but said since her movers said they would pay to replace she would send me $50.

  I'm sorry to hear you were still disappointed with your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it is to have items damaged during a move. The bottom of the box was not secured and opened when it was lifted, causing the items to fall. While this would not typically be considered mover caused damage, one of our movers told you we would replace the items before speaking with management. Because that expectation had been set, we felt it was important to honor it in some way. We discussed a $50 reimbursement, which you agreed was reasonable, and it was sent immediately. Our bookings do have a two hour minimum, which is the minimum charge for reserving the crew rather than a requirement that they remain once the move is complete. We truly are sorry the experience left you disappointed, and we appreciated the opportunity to address the damage with you directly.
