• I already filled out a complaint, but they were over 2 hours late to the move, and maybe I am more judgmental because my movers to help pack everything were phenomenal, but they unpacked everything very slowly comparatively, were much less delicate with items, and scratched up some items.

We did notify you in advance that our arrival would be delayed due to our earlier job running longer than expected, which can occasionally happen in this line of work. Despite the late start, our team completed your move in less time than the two hours that were originally booked, ensuring you were not charged beyond the agreed timeframe. Regarding the condition of your items, our movers handled all belongings with care, and no damage or scratches were reported or observed during the move or at the time of completion. We take claims of damage seriously, but we cannot take responsibility for pre-existing wear or damage that was not documented during the job. We understand that every customer may have different expectations, especially when comparing different moving crews, but our team worked efficiently to complete the move safely and professionally.
