  • Argued with me that I was at the wrong address for 5 minutes before realizing they were at the wrong address. Then showed up late with no apology. They were angry that I had started loading the truck. Refused to load the truck the way I requested. I ended up just telling them to leave so I could do it myself.

    We appreciate your feedback. We did show up to the wrong address. That is an error that could be made by anyone at anytime. There was no argument on our part. You told us to look for a CVS. We just needed to correct residential address so we could find you better. That is not a problem. We also were not late. Your window for service was 10am to 12pm. We arrived at 7 after 10. The correct address was only 7 minutes away. Upon arrival you said you only wanted help with the large items. We stayed and filled the entire truck. The truck was also 1 size too small. Upon arrival there were boxes stacked up on the side of the truck that could fall during transport. There is a proper and improper way to load a truck. The proper way minimizes and illuminates movement and damage to your property. We care about our customers property. We do not just load a truck without considering these factors. You hired a company with knowledge and experience in our field. You should trust us to do our job.

  • These guys showed up early, which was great. They were unhappy, though, and had a negative attitude. Looking briefly into the truck, the leader said that this was more than a 2-hr job. We started working and were done in 1 hour! We paid for two hours, they worked 1 hour, and when we gave a $15 cash tip, they complained about the amount. I would not recommend.

    Thanks for the review Amy! Even though we only dealt with your husband. Yes we did show up early. Which shows that we care about our customers. We might have had a poor attitude after we were treated like garbage from the time that we showed up. We are here to help customers move and have a great experience in a stressful situation. All we ask is to be treated with respect. And not to be bossed around throughout the job. There is a 2 hour minimum for all jobs. We did finish in hour. Which shows that we are speedy and care about our customers time. Tips go to employees. We are satisfied with the prices that we set for compensation. If you are not satisfied with s job then you should not tip.
