There were several delays on my part (unrelated to the movers). Taj and Lotus were very flexible in accommodating me. They were efficient, friendly and very careful with my belongings. One of the items was extremely heavy, but they were able to handle it safely (for themselves and the item). They did an outstanding job making everything fit securely. I had ratchet straps, but didn’t need them because of how well it was packed. Communication was excellent throughout the process- before and after.

They were incredibly communicative and responsive. Movers showed up on time and had huge smiles on their faces the whole time (and that’s saying something for a 3rd floor move). Got my whole 20’ Uhaul truck in an hour! I will definitely be using them for future moves.
