  • This is the worst move I have ever had. They were three and a half hours late. They texted at 9 am that they were running late. I thought they meant like half an hour. They were scheduled to start at ten thirty. They arrived at two. Communication was fragmentary at best. They kept saying they were nearly there or on their way. They only worked for an hour to an hour and a half of the three hours that were scheduled and then would not leave until I gave them the payment code. Never again. It ruined my day and now I have to do it all over again, since we did not have time to empty out my storage unit, which was half of what they were hired to do. I was out in the rain for hours and I am furious. Do not hire them.
