  • Upon my arrival to new home and movers begun to unload truck we noticed how poorly stacked and very unprofessional the previous team did. Then taking things out began the nightmare all my furniture was cracked bent broken scuffed staked just horrible. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE!

    I apologize. I have been in communication with you to resolve the issue. As advised when moving you have to supply moving blankets and ratchet straps and you did not. We did the best with what you had. I uploaded pictures to show how good the load looked when you left even with out the necessary things needed to move correctly. We would of provided them but against movinghelp rules . Customer needs to provide these items especially when its a one way.
