Gary arrived late with no forewarning. He looked like a homeless person. When I asked if he was sober he was indignant. His helper at least had clean clothes on. He made excuses for being late that didn't make sense. They did work hard loading our items but put some heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes. Luckily, nothing was damaged on the trip. I hope Gary will learn how to be punctual and communicate well with customers.
