The guys were responsive and texted back promtly. They did seem to be moving too fast while getting our furniture moved. A light in our hall was broken while moving our couch upstairs, they offered to reimburse us but I told them no since we rent and there’s no way for me to address that currently. The feet of the couch had to be removed to get the couch through a door way which wasn’t a problem except for the foot being reinstalled incorrectly which has significantly damaged the body of my couch (a screw for the foot was also stripped when they reinstalled)
