Very disappointed with this service. The crew informed me that they would only carry the bed frame upstairs and refused to move my other boxes and household items upstairs. This limitation was never disclosed before the service. I have used Moving Help multiple times in the past and have never had a company refuse to carry boxes upstairs. Previous crews unloaded all items and placed them in the appropriate rooms, including upstairs rooms. Because of this, I paid for a service that was only partially completed and was left with a significant amount of work to finish myself. If upstairs delivery of boxes was not included, that should have been clearly communicated before the appointment. I do not believe the service provided matched the price charged and will be requesting a partial refund.
