Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They broke my 55-inch new Samsung tv it wasn’t handled with care its whole screen is broken. I tried to contact them, and their voicemail mailbox was full, the link on their page was broken. 1,797.92 was the cost of the TV. They have called me back and it has been more than a month. No one has reached back. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend that anyone should use them.
Mike and his team were friendly, easy to work with, and efficient. There was a lack of communication leading up to the scheduled date and some miscommunication about the rate (loading and unloading are considered two separate jobs so you have to book two 2-hour jobs even if the actual job takes under 2 hours). That being said, the pricing was really reasonable and the guys did an awesome job.
Absolutely amazing experience! They reached out to confirm time & showed up right on time. Moved everything quickly and with care. They even offered to help set up my furniture. Would recommend a hundred times!!
