This team could not have performed better. Communicative from the start with text updates prior to arrival, got to work 10 minutes early, very effective and professional moving & packing, and even completed the job an hour earlier than expected. Overall great experience with Smoove Moves and a shoutout to the business owner, Maurice, for immediately following up after the job was done to check in and completely out of good will, even issued a refund for the hour the team did not use. Highly recommend this company and truly think it’s a steal for the price compared to others!
