I’ve used other moving companies before, so I know what to expect. This move was very disappointing. Just loading the truck took almost 6 hours, while a previous company finished both loading and unloading in about 3 hours. One worker showed up first and immediately asked about tips and the payment code before even starting. The second worker arrived an hour later. The first worker kept stopping, using his phone, and repeatedly asking for a tip, which felt unprofessional. They were also very disorganized. Instead of packing properly, they piled things on top of each other and then said the truck couldn’t fit more, even though it should have. I ended up moving items myself, which was hard because I have back problems. My phone died during the delay, and they pressured me about tipping before I could leave. I tipped later, but much less. Overall, poor service and I would not hire them again.
