No communication prior to day of. No response to text, voicemail, email for over an hour after they were due. Finally delivered the unit at the end of the day (6 hours late) and then left it overnight instead of picking it up same-day as promised. Unit delivered was beat up, lock was flimsy - not just that it had clearly tried to be jimmied, but that the screws were fully exposed and could easily be unscrewed. You could say this was Uhaul's problem, not the mover's, but the mover could have requested a different unit. Their response was just like, yeah, this unit is subpar.
