  • When I booked through the uhaul app, I believed I was hiring a moving service. Jumpstart Moving is a broker and they hire their help from Craigslist. The dispatcher did try to contact me on Friday but because I already paid and gave all my info in the uhaul app, I thought I was booked. When I reached back out late Friday. The dispatcher was curt with me. He changed arrival times twice and attempted to charge me an extra hour before the job was done. You are better hiring directly from Craigslist than working with this company. I got lucky with the random movers they hired. I would not recommend them.

    This review contains several inaccurate statements that should be clarified. JumpStart Moving does not hire movers from Craigslist or operate as a Craigslist company. Our crews are assigned through our internal dispatch process for bookings made on the U Haul Moving Help platform. We reached out before the move because there were issues with the reservation that required confirmation, and any schedule updates were communicated accordingly. We do not charge customers for time that isnt worked. While we respect everyone right to leave feedback, its important that reviews accurately reflect what actually occurred.

  • These guys were amazing. They worked tgier buts off. Unloaded 20ft uhaul and a 5x8 trailer and did it all within the allotted time. So glad I chose this company. Tipped the workers on site.
