• Didn’t pack my 26’ truck properly. Had no where to pack my clothes. Packed front seat with totes of glass dishes and I was unable to see out passenger side window and unable to put the truck in gear with gear shaft. This is very unsafe driving 4 states away. Also, smelt like marijuana while on the job. There was no room in front seat for my dog and items unpacked where too heavy for me to lift so I paid and xtra 59.99 for 2 more hours. I questioned throughout the process about running out of space on the truck. This was very unexceptionable and I would like a complete refund for both payments because I had to call U-Haul and dispute and pay for another moving company to come out the next morning to repack truck. I have pictures to show evidence of this unexceptionable work and it unsafe measures. Mind you this grievance it delayed my trip by one day.

  We respectfully dispute this review as it contains factually inaccurate and misleading statements The services were completed in accordance with UHaul Moving Help standards with the customer present and approving the packing throughout we did put things in the front seat as instructed by customer though I did inform that is an unsafe manner of traveling especially with an animal. We maintain a strict zero tolerance policy regarding drugs or alcohol on job and this allegation is false. Although the order was for a 2hours we provided additional 2 hours of labor and charge for one as a courtesy due to customer eviction We have documentation supporting the work performed and request review in accordance with UHaul guidelines

• They were very professional, on time, took care of my belongings while unloading to make sure nothing break. Highly recommend.
