    Kaitlyn, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the issue referenced in your review was caused by U-Haul's U-Box logistics, not by our moving services. Our crew arrived as scheduled and spent several hours at U-Haul attempting to locate and coordinate your missing U-Box. Although the delay was completely outside of our control, we did not charge you for any of the additional time spent helping resolve the situation. We also accommodated multiple scheduling requests and completed the unload without charging extra for building access challenges, elevator limitations, or the additional labor required. Because the delay resulted from U-Haul's handling of the U-Box, we believe any concerns regarding that experience should be directed to U-Haul through their review system. Reviews on the Moving Help platform directly impact the independent service providers who performed the work and went above and beyond to assist. We appreciate your business.
