DO NOT BOOK THESE MOVERS! Our experience with these movers was truly horrific, and we sincerely doubt this company is a legal business. Firstly, the movers themselves packed the truck at a glacial pace because they assumed they had 8 hours when we had booked them for 6. When we informed them of the time they had remaining, they began to rush, and damaged our property, including leaving boxes in puddles, breaking open the bag protecting our mattress, and damaging a dresser. They packed the truck so inefficiently that we had to return and move a significant amount of our belongings ourselves. To top it all off, one mover clogged the toilet at our new apartment without telling us, leading to our bathroom flooding. The company has promised to replace broken items, but is not delivering on this promise or making the situation right with us in any other way. When we requested their insurance and business registration information, they refused, and now have stopped responding to us.
