  The day of moving we expected them in the morning, as was originally scheduled through uhaul. They didn’t show up until 1pm and were constantly asking ‘what all needs to be packed in the truck,’ even after the answer to the question had already been answered with ‘all of the big furniture.’ The 2 friends (both women) we had with us helping told us that they kept making them feel uncomfortable by asking questions like ‘can I get your number to hang out,’ and other comments along those lines. Very unprofessional behavior and incredibly inconsistent communication. Not to mention the truck was not packed with care and ease, and actually damaged part of our couch because they wouldn’t carry it and insisted on using a hand truck, resulting in a broken internal bracket. Overall not a great experience, will not be using them again, and definitely won’t recommend them to anyone I know.

  No one called to set up a time to show up. Finally I called them and set up a 10am meet, they showed up at 1100. They worked hard but only 2.5 hours but still wanted paid for four. It is not explained that one trip and they are done regardless of how many hours you book them for. Would not recommend.
